Where do you ship?
Simple: We'll ship anywhere in the world!
Our delivery times are as follows:
To a UK address: 2-14 working days
To a Non-UK address: 10-21 working days
If we are delayed in getting a product to you we will reach out to you via email. We will always attempt to get items out as quickly as possible to you!
Customs fees or import duties may apply to International orders. Any additional costs incurred for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. Foudys.com have no influence on the fees and cannot provide any information on this. For further information, please contact your local customs authorities.
How much is delivery?
We offer FREE worldwide delivery on ALL orders over £150.
If your order is under £150, it'll be:
- £4.99 within the UK
- £8.99 within Europe
- £12.99 in the Rest of World
Do you offer an extended return period for Christmas purchases?
Absolutely! To make holiday shopping a bit easier, anything purchased between 16th November until 16th December 2024 can be returned within 45 days. So take your time, enjoy the season, and know that if something’s not quite right, we're here to help.
When is the latest I can order to receive my items in time for Christmas?
To give you the best chance of receiving your items in time for Christmas, here are the estimated final posting dates by country.
Please keep in mind these dates are based on our courier’s estimates and aren't guaranteed, so ordering early is always best.

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: We are only able to accept returns via our PO Box and will be unable to provide another address. If you are an international customer, we would suggest any reputable courier service with tracking so you can see exactly where it is at any point during transit. Unfortunately, UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes so we would advise that you do not use UPS to avoid disappointment and delays.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
There are some limited exclusions, for hygiene reasons, if products such as socks, leg sleeves, period pants or undergarments are worn or removed from packaging this removes the right to return of these products and no refund will be processed.
Additionally custom products that have print or embroidery, that are personalised to your specification are not eligible for return,
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If the product remains in the same condition as it was when initially purchased, we will happily arrange an exchange within 30 days of the purchase. We are unable to exchange personalised items.
You can make a request to place an item you'd like to exchange size to on hold, by emailing us at hello@foudys.com prior to sending back your order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
