FAQs
Why should I invest in foudys?
Investing in foudys is investing in the only official dedicated women's football retailer in the world. It's investing in one of the fastest growing sports in the world. It's investing in a market (football shirts) that's growing.
Do I have to be a professional investor?
No no no no no! That's why we're launching this round. We have had investors join us at foudys who are incredible brains in the sports retail world. We've made a conscious decision to launch this round with the option for women's football advocates to invest in us.
What are you spending this investment on?
We are taking on investment to fund a huge growth phase. We'll be doubling the size of the foudys team, we'll be doing website improvements and we'll be opening a new store in 2027.
Is Foudys profitable?
No - we're pre-profit, and deliberately so for the next twelve months. That's where we expected to be at this stage of our growth. Growing year on year, working towards those big moments like World Cup 2027.
FY26/27 is a tournament-free year (in women's football), so we're forecasting modest revenue growth and an EBITDA loss of around £474k, because we're hiring and buying stock ahead of the 2027 World Cup rather than reacting to it. FY27/28 is where it pays back — we're modelling £4.3m revenue and £808k EBITDA, our first profitable year.
Do I have to invest loads?
No! The minimum investment is £10 and there are perks to different investment amounts including tickets to games, special one-off event and foudys merch!
IS IT RISKY TO INVEST?
Don’t invest unless you’re prepared to lose all the money you invest. This is a high-risk investment and you are unlikely to be protected if something goes wrong. Take 2 mins to learn more.
FOUDYS 2020 - 2026
A BRIEF HISTORY

2020-2021
Foudys was founded in Manchester in December 2020. We were focused solely on printing women's names onto football jerseys in the correct fonts, the first Company in the world focused on women's football shirt detailing.

2022-2023
In the years surrounding England Women's success in 2022 and 2023, Foudys grew from a bedroom with £50,000 revenue 2020/21 to over £600,000 in 2023/24. Foudys began working directly with Nike, Adidas and Puma in 2023.

2024-2025
Foudys had their most successful period in Summer 2025 with the launch of Euro 2025 kits and having their first £100,000 day alongside the launch of the latest Lionesses kits. Foudys also launched The NWSL in Europe, the first Company to sell the full NWSL league outside of America. Foudys opened in a pop-up on Regent Street in London for 6 months and revenue grew to over £1m in FY25.

2026
Our year of preparation for Brazil 2027. We're doubling our team, improving our website and preparing. Oh... and we also opened our flagship store in June 2026 in Manchester. Foudys is the worlds first official women's football store. We're raising funds to catapult growth in the next year.
